What's a fire staff ? This is a staff with kevlar at its extremity and grip at the middle.

Staff is a very interesting discipline combinating spinning , throwings and contact in one object, it allows an impressive possibilities of tricks. Double and triple staff techniques provides even more impressive tricks.
